By the morning of November 24, military and police forces were still actively assisting people in the eastern part of Dak Lak, especially in deeply inundated areas like Hoa Thinh and Hoa My, to overcome the aftermath of the flooding and quickly regain stability.
Colonel Diem Cong Toan, Commander of the Central Highlands Mobile Police Regiment, said the unit had deployed 400 officers and soldiers to coordinate with other forces in assisting residents in the eastern communes of Dak Lak.
"In addition to rescue efforts, our unit also organized donation drives and delivered several tons of food and essential supplies, promptly sharing the burden with the local people. This action reflects the proactive and responsible spirit of the police force toward flood-affected communities," said Colonel Toan.
Before, during, and after the floods, the Army and Police of Dak Lak mobilized thousands of officers, soldiers, and vehicles to the affected regions to rescue victims and aid in recovery.
