Vietnam National Cyber Security Technology JSC (NCS) is one of 10 founding members of the Vietnam Cyber Security Service Club.

Cyber safety and security have been identified as core pillars of national digital transformation, building digital trust and prosperity in the digital era. This is also a critical, ongoing mandate to create and maintain a safe, healthy, and reliable online environment for agencies, organizations, enterprises, and every citizen.

Across multiple national programs and projects on digital transformation and cyber safety, Vietnam has set out clear goals to develop the market, enterprises, and competitiveness in cybersecurity, positioning the country among those with strong capabilities in ensuring cyber safety and security.

Contributing to the goal of enhancing national capacity for cybersecurity, safeguarding national sovereignty in cyberspace, and supporting national digital transformation through Vietnamese services and solutions, the National Cybersecurity Association (NCA) has decided to establish the Vietnam Cyber Security Service Club.

As a specialized organization under NCA’s Committee for Research, Consulting, Technology Development, and International Cooperation, the Vietnam Cyber Security Service Club (international name: Vietnam Cyber Security Service Club – VCSSC) comprises members operating in the cybersecurity field who adhere to NCA’s principles and the club’s charter.

The club has 10 founding members, all reputable cybersecurity enterprises: CMC Cyber Security, CyRadar, Bkav, VNCS, HPT, MISOFT, NCS, Viettel Cyber Security, FPT Cyber Security Center, and VNPT Cyber Security Center. The official website is vcssc.org.vn.

The club’s activities focus on supporting member organizations and the broader community in improving awareness, skills, and service quality in cybersecurity across Vietnam, while promoting market development and fair competition among service providers.

Under its charter, NCA defines VCSSC’s core tasks: analyze, research, propose, and implement measures to build and develop Vietnam’s cybersecurity service market; contribute to policy development as well as state standards and regulations for cybersecurity services; develop association-level service criteria and standards; share member and community know-how on cybersecurity services; and support members in evaluating cybersecurity service quality upon request.

Beyond specifying member rights, obligations, and registration procedures, the charter issued with the establishment decision also sets out VCSSC’s organizational structure.

Accordingly, the club consists of a Managing Board and specialized units. The Managing Board includes a chair, vice chairs, and members; specialized units include a secretariat and technical working groups. These working groups carry out domain-specific tasks under the Managing Board’s direction, with personnel appointed by the board.

Reviewing NCA’s work in 2024 at its April 2025 member gathering themed “Cybersecurity in a new phase - Joining forces to protect the digital space,” Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Minh Chinh, NCA’s standing vice chair, noted that since its inception, the association has steadily affirmed its role as a core socio-professional organization in safeguarding national cybersecurity, supporting digital transformation, and partnering with state regulators and the business community.

Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, Nguyen Minh Chinh emphasized that Politburo Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation serves as a compass for the entire political system, with NCA playing a key role.

NCA’s leadership also highlighted one of seven priorities for the coming period: strengthen skills training, enhance R&D capabilities for domestic cybersecurity solutions and products, and encourage affiliated units to proactively propose and implement highly applicable initiatives and projects.

VCSSC’s establishment reflects a concerted effort to elevate Vietnam’s cybersecurity service ecosystem, aligning market development with national strategies on digital transformation and cyber resilience.
