Today, under Decision No. 2596, the Prime Minister approved the election of Le Hong Vinh as Chairman of the Quang Tri People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

Le Hong Vinh, born in 1974, hails from Luu Son Commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province. He holds a master’s degree in Science and Technology Management.

Under Decision No. 2592 dated November 26, the Prime Minister also approved the election of Le Van Bao as Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term. Bao is a member of the provincial Party Standing Committee and Chief of Office of the Quang Tri Party Committee. Born in Le Thuy Commune, Quang Tri Province, he is 56 years old and holds a master’s degree in Political Economy.

Under Decision No. 2602, the Prime Minister approved the dismissal of Tran Phong from his position as Chairman of the Quang Tri People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term. Phong has been reassigned to Khanh Hoa Province, where he joins the provincial Party Committee and Standing Committee as Deputy Secretary. The provincial People’s Council later elected him as Chairman of the Khanh Hoa People’s Committee.

In Dong Thap Province, under Decision No. 2595, the Prime Minister approved the election of Pham Thanh Ngai as Chairman of the People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term. Ngai is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

Pham Thanh Ngai, born in 1971 in Ca Mau Province, holds a master’s degree in Economic Law and a bachelor’s degree in Law.

Under Decision No. 2600, the Prime Minister approved the dismissal of Tran Tri Quang from the role of Chairman of the Dong Thap People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term. Quang has been transferred to Vinh Long Province, where he has been appointed Deputy Secretary and nominated for election as Chairman of the Vinh Long People’s Committee.

In Vinh Long, under Decision No. 2598, the Prime Minister approved the election of Tran Tri Quang as Chairman of the Vinh Long People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term. He previously served as Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

Tran Tri Quang, born in 1977 in Dong Thap Province, holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and two master’s degrees: one in Transport Infrastructure Construction and another in Economic Management.

Under Decision No. 2601, the Prime Minister approved the dismissal of Lu Quang Ngoi from the position of Chairman of the Vinh Long People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term. Ngoi has been transferred to Ca Mau Province, where he now serves as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term. The Ca Mau People’s Council later elected him as Chairman of the People’s Committee for the same term.
