The Mailisa tycoons aren’t just famous in the beauty industry. Over the past decade, they've built a garage worth over $21 million USD, featuring some of the rarest and most expensive supercars, hypercars, and ultra-luxury vehicles in Southeast Asia.

2017: Lamborghini Aventador S – nearly $2M USD

The journey began with a splash: Vietnam’s first Lamborghini Aventador S, purchased through an official dealership. Estimated landing cost: $2 million USD.

2018: Bentley Mulsanne EWB – $1.75M USD

A year later came a rare two-tone Bentley Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase in grey and champagne. It didn’t make headlines - but its price tag did.

2019: Aston Martin Vantage V8 and Bentley Bentayga Centenary Edition – $1.6M USD

Their growing fame in the car world peaked with two new acquisitions in early 2019. A V8 Vantage arrived in January, followed by a $900,000 USD Bentley Bentayga Centenary Edition in May.

2020: McLaren Senna and Ferrari 488 Pista Spider – $3.1M USD

In mid-2020, Khanh gifted Mai a McLaren Senna - one of only 500 units globally. With a $1.6M USD price tag and a “MAILISA” license plate from Cambodia, it stunned Southeast Asia’s car community.

By year-end, he surprised her again with a Ferrari 488 Pista Spider, bought through a private dealer later arrested for fraud.

2021: Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport – $540,000 USD

While less flamboyant, the limited-edition Escalade still added diversity and luxury to their growing fleet.

2022: Koenigsegg Regera – $7.5M USD

This was the jewel of the empire. In February 2022, Phan Thi Mai bought her husband a Koenigsegg Regera, a megacar producing over 1 megawatt of power. Only a handful exist globally.

2024: Lexus LX 600 VIP – $420,000 USD

The final known addition: a Lexus LX 600 VIP edition, registered with an auctioned plate number 51K-858.85.

The collection drew admiration not only in Vietnam but across Southeast Asia. Khanh’s Instagram alias “Mailisa Khanh” was a hub for car fans drooling over his exotic garage.

But behind the glitz, investigators now allege a massive smuggling scheme - one that may have funded, in part, this turbocharged empire.

The fall from grace of Mailisa’s owners has left the beauty industry and car world stunned.
