Across the capital's small streets, familiar dishes such as banh mi, bun cha, pho, fried spring rolls, and steamed snails not only satisfy the taste buds of visitors but also reflect the local lifestyle and character - simple, rustic, yet full of creativity.
In the article, Time Out also recommended several top dining spots in the city highly rated by locals and tourists alike, including: Bun Cha 74 Hang Quat, Pho Hang Trong, Banh Mi 25, and Banh Cuon Ba Loc.
