VN has laid stress on the significance of international cooperation in the research and development of energy technologies, particularly in the emerging field of fusion energy.

From January 1, 2026, all petrol distributed across Vietnam must contain 10% ethanol, marking a pivotal milestone in the country’s shift toward green energy and its long-term carbon neutrality goals.
Vietnam aims for net-zero emissions by 2050 through major shifts in energy production and renewable investments.
VN will continue to facilitate foreign investment and business activities, including those by US enterprises, said Tran Luu Quang, Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Policies and Strategies.
