A trusted ranking, with 73,000 participants marking its 12th year

This year’s results were based on evaluations from 73,000 participants - including more than 7,000 students - assessing 650 enterprises across 18 key industries. The survey was conducted under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and independently verified by market research firm Intage Vietnam.

This is the 12th year that the Top 100 list has been published and the third year that Anphabe has used a tiered system of Top 1, Top 10, Top 20, and Top 50, helping businesses clearly identify their standing in Vietnam’s competitive talent landscape.

In 2025, Anphabe certified CMC among the Top 10 in the IT/Software & Application/E-commerce industry and among the Top 100 large enterprises in Vietnam.

Notably, the Employer Brand Health Check 2025 indicates strong gains for CMC in brand awareness, employee favorability, and preference among IT talent.

Affirming a future-forward HR strategy in the age of AI

CMC’s consistent placement among the Top 100 employers reaffirms the success of its human resources strategy, particularly as the company drives its AI Transformation Strategy and pushes toward becoming a global tech powerhouse in the artificial intelligence era.

Beyond its technological achievements, CMC places people at the heart of its mission - consistently investing in workplace culture, capacity development, and building a happy, sustainable work environment. This commitment is foundational in attracting, nurturing, and retaining the digital talent needed in today’s fiercely competitive IT sector.
